It means you get the most energetic, dedicated, and focused group of individuals possible to create your website. We do not take your business lightly. We realize that in today’s high-tech world, your website is often the first thing your customers see, and in many cases, it may be the only thing they see. We are not here to provide with a mere technical solution. Our team realizes that we are helping craft your image on-line, and the image you have worked so hard to craft is of utmost importance to us!
How can you ensure my privacy?
Upon your request, our work will not be published on our site or elsewhere. Further, you can ask for dedicated resources. When one of our programmers is assigned as a dedicated resource, the programmer, his computer, and any support equipment is used for no other purpose other than for the work of the client in question. Programmers can also be placed in isolation in case of sensitive work and all work on our computers is encrypted.
How do you deal with common problems such as power outages, bandwidth problems and other work stoppages?
WaddleWorks equips its staff with state-of-the-art technology not only in our office but at home as well. This allows our developers to work from home ensuring minimal work stoppage in any situation. We have two internet backbones from different service providers. One of our internet backbones is wireless which allows us to continue working even if there is a problem on our physical line. Our office has a dedicated generator which can run our entire office.
Do you train your staff?
We only hire the best. Our new hires are required to complete a three month orientation phase before they are allowed to work on paid projects. In this three month period, they are properly acclimated to the way we do business at WaddleWorks. We are not a collection of individuals, but a team focused on getting excellent results for our clients.
How do you prevent employee turnover?
After an employee has spent three years with our company and has performed at an exceptional level, they are promoted to Team Leader and given a stake in all projects his/her team manages. In order to keep the best, we treat our Team Leaders like the best. In the end, this ensures that our best people are here to continue the excellent work that our clients have grown to expect from WaddleWorks.
